Soutpac's new SMS course has recieved a review from Australian Defence Magazine partner website DefenceSuppliers.net.au. The course explains just what is expected of an aviation Safety Management System in terms of corporate responsibilities under ICAO, CASA requirements.
This three-day program is solidly based on the SMS model designed by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) and accepted by CASA and other international regulatory bodies and Defence force groups.
It is designed to help leadership and management to promote, initiate, maintain and improve their management systems. Only in this way will they truly comply with regulatory requirements for "Management Responsibility" and still get the maximum return on their SMS investment.

Southpac is recognised by the Defence Recognised Supplier Scheme!
We have been recognised by the Defence Recognised Supplier Scheme! The DRSS is aimed at helping Australian defence suppliers export their products and services to foreign markets.
The Scheme allows Australian businesses, including Southpac, to use this distinctive logo, identifying ourselves as approved suppliers to the Australian Defence Organisation (ADO).
The Scheme is open to Australian businesses that have a satisfactory supplier relationship with Defence. The DRSS was launched in June 2001 and continues to grow, as more businesses become aware of its benefits.
